The interactive market analysis is divided into 4 sections: the target property you are trying to list, current comps, past comps, and a summary.

The section for the property you are trying to list contains the image of the property and clearly displayed information for the property.

Current and past comp sections include the list price (and sold price for past comps), days on market, property information, image gallery, and a map. They may also include a list of notes for each comp.

The summary at the end of the presentation reveals your suggested listing price, and allows you to compare it to current and past comps prices and price per square feet. The price and price per square feet is interactive, which allows you to explore alternative listing prices for the property. In addition, the summary includes an interactive map to view the location of the target property, current, and past comps.
